Description

Start with the item, then the format

The right paper format depends on what you are packing and how you plan to handle it. Item dimensions, shape, surface and your outer packaging all influence the choice.

Rolls allow you to take a length for each item. Pre-cut sheets offer a ready-sized piece. A paper sleeve is a fitted format for a suitable object. Paper mailers provide a self-closing mailing format; their usable inner size and liner configuration need to be checked separately.

How the paper opens

Slit wrapping paper opens into a three-dimensional honeycomb structure when stretched. The expanded form and the way it is applied depend on the paper and handling conditions. Confirm usable dimensions for your own packing process rather than assuming the flat and expanded measurements are interchangeable.

Prepare your inquiry

Tell us about the item you are packing, its dimensions, your planned quantity and the delivery destination. A photo or drawing can help explain an unusual shape. If you have not selected a paper grade, describe your packing method and the result you need.

  • Item size: length, width, height or diameter, including any handles or other projections.
  • Expected quantity: your estimated order or recurring consumption, with its unit.
  • Packing: how the wrapped item will be placed in its outer pack.
  • Destination: where the order will be used or delivered.
