Continuous wrap
Width, length and paper weight
Share your expected quantity and packing preferences.
Describe the item and what you need to evaluate.
Honeycomb wrapping paper is supplied in a compressed roll and opened as it is used. This lets the packer take a length suited to the item and its wrapping method.
The specification depends on item shape and packing conditions. Share your dimensions, the amount of wrap you expect to use and the outer pack so the proposed setup can be discussed.

Start with the width needed to cover the item. Then check roll length, paper weight, core diameter, outer roll size and the quantity handled at the work station. Use consistent units, and state whether a quoted length is measured before or after expansion.

| Specification | Measurement basis | Information to share |
|---|---|---|
| Paper width | Before stretching | Target width and item dimensions |
| Roll length | State before or after expansion | Target length and consumption |
| Paper weight | GSM | Required grade or packing task |
| Core and roll | Dispenser fit | Core diameter and maximum roll size |
| Packing | Rolls per carton / pallet | Preferred packing and destination |
Paper wrap is one part of a packaging system. Check the actual item, outer pack and transit conditions before adopting a packing method; no universal protection result is implied by a product picture.

Include the preferred colour and whether surface contact or presentation is important. Confirm the available paper options and sample appearance for the specific requirement.
Tell us about the item you are packing, its dimensions, your planned quantity and the delivery destination. A photo or drawing can help explain an unusual shape. If you have not selected a paper grade, describe your packing method and the result you need.
Include any sample request, preferred dimensions, colour and packing requirements. The suitable specification, sample arrangements, order quantity and delivery conditions need to be agreed for your particular request.
Measure the object at its widest points, including handles, edges and projections, and describe the outer box. A photo can help explain an irregular item.
Describe what you are packing, your work station and any dispenser you use. These are useful starting points for a specification discussion.
